To overcome these challenges, XPANCEO creates previously non-existent two-dimensional materials, at atomic scales. These novel materials enable the development of ultra-miniature electronics and optical elements. Combined with flexible, transparent electronics based on highly conductive quasi-2D metallic films just a few nanometers thick, this groundbreaking approach paves the way for advanced smart contact lens design. Smart contact lenses forever change the way people interact with the real and digital words. To make it possible, this innovation combines technologies at the forefront of science, such as newly developed atomic-scale materials, advanced optics and photonics, neural interfacing and AI. The lens features pioneering wireless charging technology, allowing continuous power while worn, and an innovative interface control system that recognizes unique commands, like tongue movements—unmatched in the market. As the first all-in-one device, XPANCEO offers enhanced zoom, night vision, health monitoring, social media, gaming, and more, setting a new standard for wearable technology. Roman's closest goal is to develop a single prototype uniting all the features of the smart contact lens, which is scheduled for testing by the end of 2026, while continuing to refine and test the various advanced features we have integrated.
