Teleab, is a game-based medical therapy device that enables stroke patients to perform guided hand rehabilitation exercises from home, with immediate remote medical follow-up.

The idea for Teleab arose in response to the challenges stroke survivors face when attempting to continue therapy at home, such as mobility difficulties and decreased motivation due to repetitive exercises that slow recovery and limit practice continuity.

This created a need for a solution that makes therapy more accessible, motivating, and clinically effective.

Teleab offers a simplified, game-based home rehabilitation experience that allows patients to perform manual therapy anytime, anywhere.

It is a medical device that uses a therapeutic controller to accurately capture hand movements and translate them into interactive tasks that enhance motor skills.

The exercises are designed according to clinical standards, automatically structured, and measured for movement quality and consistency. All data is securely transmitted to a physician's dashboard for remote monitoring and adjustment of the treatment plan as needed.

This real-time monitoring helps clinicians detect fatigue, difficulty, or progress, while patients receive engaging and effective therapy from home.

Teleab combines medical precision with adaptive gamification, personalized programming, and real-time supervision in a low-cost, user-friendly system.

It is currently being used in early trials to support patients unable to attend regular therapy sessions, while also enabling clinicians to monitor a large number of patients simultaneously.

With future development, it will expand into a comprehensive rehabilitation platform, powered by artificial intelligence, new treatment modules, and applications extending to pediatrics, orthopedics, sports medicine, and the elderly.
